To promote menstrual hygiene and workplace well-being, Supershine has implemented a structured monthly sanitary pad distribution program for all female employees.

Our Initiative: Monthly Sanitary Pad Distribution

As part of our CSR efforts:

Sanitary pads are distributed free of cost every month
Currently benefiting all 64 female employees
Managed by a dedicated female officer
Ensures privacy, dignity, and comfort
Provides a safe point of contact for support and awareness
