Established in 2015 at Bhiwandi, Thane (Maharashtra, India), our technology-driven manufacturing unit integrates Mould Design & Development, Injection Moulding, and Electroplating under one modern enterprise.
Our Barrel Plating facility is engineered for high-volume production of small ABS components, delivering uniform metallic finishes with controlled process stability, consistent quality, and competitive production economics.
We specialize in manufacturing and plating premium ABS plastic CCB beads and small decorative components in over 150+ designs with finishes including Gold, Silver, Nickel, Gun Metal, and Copper.

- Product substrate: ABS Plastic
- Product weight : 0.7 to 2.0 gram (currently we are manufacturing)

- Drive Controls : Précised process control by VFD Barrel movement
- Rectifiers : IGBT Rectifiers produce very low AC current ripple

- Chiller unit : 150TR for centralized cooling of plating solution
- Scrubber system : Wet Scrubber system introduced to filter and Vent out Chemical fumes from plating bath

Able to develop multi-cavity Injection moulds up to 1200 cavities which runs on fully auto cycle for a guaranteed 1.0 million shots
