Supershine Plating’s Quality Management System (QMS) was established according to ISO 9001 standards. Our QMS team has created a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the work we do in our facility meets or exceeds global standards.

Our Quality Manager and Quality Team are tasked with driving initiatives to improve our operations overall. For example, as part of our drive to improve our process, we recently reorganized our facilities to better improve material flow, organization and implement lot traceability. Our clients can rest assured knowing our operations are under tight control.

We take quality so seriously that our scrap rates are among the lowest in the business. We’ve also invested in a fully equipped, comprehensive, on-site test lab staffed by test technicians, and created a dedicated Quality Assurance team. And, we’re ISO Certified, so you know the work we meet important global standards of quality.
