Supershine Industries was established more than 20 years back by Mr SURESH SHAH with a pledge to provide excellent products and remarkable support of our customers.

Our organization has symbolized that dedication since the start. It speaks quality, lucidity, excellence, and our drive to be as well as expected every single day.

Over the years, thanks to a dedicated staff and hard work, this vision was realized. These days, the next generation of the family is proud to continue the mission that our founders set forth.

Our Mission

Supershine Plating delivers end-to-end manufacturing solutions across injection moulding, plating-on-plastic, and value-added assemblies. We continuously enhance our processes and upgrade technologies in alignment with evolving customer requirements, while operating disciplined quality systems that meet stringent OEM standards.

We support both direct OEM programs and Tier-1 supply chains with equal commitment to consistent quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable, on-time delivery.

Our Strategy

At Supershine Industries we’ve always believed everyone here is important to our operation’s success. Just like the town we call home, our company is made up of a tightly knit, committed group of people. It feels like family at Supershine Industries because our founders treated everyone like family, from employees, to vendors, to customers. It’s why some of our employees have been with us since the very beginning. And, it’s why so many of our clients put their trust in us.

Our Journey so Far

1989: Started as a metal electroplating plant

1995: Entered into plating on ABS plastic parts

2000: Dedicated Unit for ABS Pen Parts for PAN India Customers

2006: Became the largest manufacturer for pen parts (2 Million parts per day)

2010: Dedicated Laboratory for In-House Testing

2012: Dedicated Unit for export clients.

2016: Dedicated Unit for Gold Plating on plastics.

2017: Construction Started for Fully Automatic ABS Plating Plant at Tarapur, Palghar.

2017: ISO Certification for Unit 3

2018: SOP of Tarapur Plant in March 2019

FOUNDER

With humble beginnings, Mr. Mishrimal Lodha embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in the surface finishing industry, initially offering electropolishing and cleaning services for jewellery. Driven by a deep understanding of craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he gradually expanded his expertise into silver and gold plating for imitation jewellery.

This strategic evolution marked the foundation of Supershine, built on years of hands-on experience, technical precision, and relentless perseverance. Mr. Lodha’s entrepreneurial vision and dedication to continuous improvement shaped the company’s core values—quality, reliability, and trust.

Today, Supershine stands as a reflection of his legacy, delivering consistent finishing solutions while upholding the standards that defined its inception.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Suresh Shah is a second-generation entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in the electroplating industry. Associated with the business since 1985, he has been instrumental in scaling Supershine and steering the organization toward sustained growth and operational excellence.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Dharwad University, Mr. Shah combines strong technical expertise with strategic foresight. His long-term vision and commitment to modernization led to the successful development of Supershine’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Tarapur, significantly enhancing production capabilities and quality standards.

Through disciplined leadership and a forward-looking approach, he continues to guide Supershine toward innovation, reliability, and industry leadership.

DIRECTOR

Mr. Abhishek Shah represents the third generation of leadership at Supershine, bringing a modern perspective rooted in strong technical and managerial expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS University.

With a clear focus on innovation and continuous improvement, Mr. Shah drives technology adoption, process optimization, and future-ready manufacturing initiatives across the organization.

PLANT HEAD

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Mr. Mahaveer Lakshkar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and oversees the company’s financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning functions. With a strong focus on governance and fiscal discipline, he plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth and long-term decision-making.

His structured approach to finance and compliance ensures operational transparency while enabling Supershine to pursue its strategic objectives with confidence and stability.

Mr. Rajeev Puri leads Supershine’s end-to-end plant operations, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in plastic and metal electroplating. With deep expertise in production management, process optimization, and quality control, he plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and consistent output across all manufacturing functions.

His hands-on approach to shop-floor management, combined with a strong understanding of electroplating technologies and safety standards, enables seamless coordination between production, maintenance, and quality teams. Under his leadership, Supershine continues to achieve high standards of reliability, timely execution, and process excellence while supporting the company’s long-term growth and manufacturing scalability.
